Michael Daniel
Michael Daniel is a junior at Johnson & Wales University.
He is graduate of West Mecklenburg High ’95 and then went on
to attend college at Johnson C. Smith in Charlotte, NC. After his
first college experience he left school for 14 years to follow his
dream of owning his our restaurant and catering business. He now
attends Johnson & Wales, where he has earned his culinary
degree and is now working toward a Sports, Entertainment, &
Event Management degree.
Daniel, 34 is a dad, a student, and works on campus for athletics. He is a starter for the Men’s Varsity Basketball team. Last night’s win, against Mid-Atlantic Christian University, allowed Daniel to show off his skills on the court. He led the team with a total of 16 points and 6 rebounds in the game.
With only eight games left in their season, Daniel hopes to continue his hard work as well as to encourage his teammates to learn from their win and keep up their momentum into the remaining games.
