JWU Charlotte Athletics Announces James Brown of CBS Sports as Guest Speaker
Charlotte, NC - Trudi Lacey, Director of Athletics, announces the final speaker for the 2018  Leadership Enhancement Series which teaches life and leadership skills to help build a successful career of one's chosen endeavor.
 
James Brown, the current host of "The NFL Today" on CBS and "Inside The NFL" on Showtime, will give a leadership lecture on Developing Your Brand on Friday, May 11th from 12 - 1:15 pm in Hance Auditorium via Skype for JWU CLT Athletics.
 
A three-time Emmy Award-winning network broadcaster, Brown has hosted the Super Bowl eight times including Super Bowl 50 on CBS. His previous broadcasting roles hosting "Thursday Night Football" on CBS and The NFL Network, co-hosting "Fox NFL Sunday," and working as a correspondent for "Real Sports" with Bryant Gumbel on HBO.  Brown is a Washington, D.C. native and a 1973 graduate of Harvard University, where he was a three-time All-Ivy selection in basketball.
