Group Fitness Classes
The group fitness room in the Student Center holds group exercise classes weekly. Some of the classes include Yoga, Turbo Kick, PiYo, Athletic Conditioning, and Zumba. If you are interested in participating in these classes, class schedules are posted at both entrances to the Group Fitness Room. In addition, copies are available at the Student Center Service Counter. You can also click on the link below to view the schedule online:
Class Descriptions
Yoga - Build strength and endurance with unique poses, squats, push-ups, lunges, and more. Through specific poses you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina.
Turbo Kick - A fusion of hip hop and kickboxing, filled with a full body cardio workout.
PiYo - The perfect combination of Pilates and Yoga, designed to build strength & gain flexibility.
Athletic Conditioning - A non-traditional circuit workout that combines athletic drills, strength training, plyometrics, and no choreography to increase your fitness level.
Zumba - Salsa, tango, and samba the night away in this Latin-inspired cardio-dance class. A fun, effective workout for Zumba lovers new and old!
The fitness center is equipped with the latest cardio and strength training equipment.
Fitness Center Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:00am -11:00pm
Friday 6:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm
