Group Fitness Classes

The group fitness room in the Wildcat Center holds group exercise classes weekly. Some of the classes include Yoga, Turbo Kick, Athletic Conditioning, Zumba, and many more.  We also utilize the Fitness On Demand service to offer more classes at a wider variety of days and times. The fitness center is equipped with the latest cardio and strength training equipment from True, Matrix, Cybex, and Precor. If you are interested in participating in these classes,  please review the class schedules that are posted at both entrances to the Group Fitness Room. In addition, copies are available at the Wildcat Center Service Counter.

Class Descriptions

Yoga - Build strength and endurance with unique poses, squats, push-ups, lunges, and more. Through specific poses you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina.

Zumba - Salsa, tango, and samba the night away in this Latin-inspired cardio-dance class.  A fun, effective workout for Zumba lovers new and old!  

Fit to Dance - A challenging dance workout.

Kickbox Cardio Dance - Get kickboxing power and dance rhythms in one workout!
