The North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association (NCCSIA) announced its selections for the 2013-14 College Division All-State Men's Basketball Team on Tuesday. Ten players representing nine different North Carolina Universities and Colleges were named to the 2013-14 NCCSIA College Division All-State Teams.

Five different Universities or Colleges were represented on the first team. Wingate led all schools with two selections on the second team.

Barton guard Chris Flemming, the 2013-14 Conference Carolinas Player of the Year, averaged a team-best 19.6 points, including 22.6 points an outing against league opponents, in pacing the Bulldogs to a 17-11 mark and a share of the conference's regular season title. Flemming, a Cary native, ranked among the league's top 5 in scoring, and was listed in the top 10 in rebounds per game (6.8), 3-pointers made (67) and field goal percentage. Flemming has also earned all-district accolades from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) and all-region laurels from Daktronics.

Queens University of Charlotte guard Jarrett Stokes averaged better than 18 points (18.6) per game in leading the Royals to a 14-13 clip and an appearance in the South Atlantic Conference Tournament quarterfinals. Along the way the Smyrna, Ga., product scored 20 or more points in 13 outings, including a trio of 30+-point games, while also ranking sixth in the SAC in scoring. Stokes, who ranks eighth on the program's all-time scoring list, drained a season-best six 3-pointers on two occasions and ranked 17th among league leaders in 3-point field goal percentage (.353).

Saginaw, Mich., native Mark Thomas, the first Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Player of the Year in the history of the program at Livingstone, averaged 21.4 points. 4.6 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game in leading the Blue Bears to a 21-8 record and a spot in the NCAA postseason. A two-time CIAA Player of the Week selection, Thomas became the newest member of Livingstone's 1,000-point club this season and was named a Daktronics all-region selection and also grabbed a spot on the CIAA All-Tournament Team.

Mount Olive guard Dontrell Brite turned in 16.3 points, 3.5 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game as the Trojans churned out a 19-9 clip and a trip to the Conference Carolinas Tournament semifinals. The Chesapeake, Va., product registered double-digit scoring in 23 of 28 games, including a 26-point effort against Barton in which he converted on 16 of his 19 free throw attempts. A first team all-Conference Carolinas selection, Brite scored a team-best 30 points in a preseason exhibition loss at East Carolina, while also throwing down 27 points in a road victory over eventual conference champion Limestone.

R.J. McClure, a Canton native, scored a team-best 17.7 points per game for Lenoir-Rhyne this season as the Bears finished with a 16-11 record and third in the final SAC regular season standings. McClure was tops in the league with 77 made 3-pointers, and also set both a program and SAC single-game record with 52 points in a double overtime loss at Newberry in mid-January. An all-conference selection, McClure also set the school record with 12 3-pointers (19 attempts) in that loss to the Wolves as well.
