SportsWare OnLine

• Access SportsWare
• Review and update "My Info" Section (General, Address, Emergency, Insurance, Medical Alerts)
• Complete all forms designated as JWU-CLT (Account Review Certification)

NCAA Athlete Sickle Cell Requirement

• Student-Athletes entering final year of eligibility/competition in 2025-2026 are exempt from the sickle cell requirement as long as waiver is currently on-file. Please confirm with Athletic Training Staff if any concerns.
• Per NCAA policy, student-athletes must provide sickle cell blood test results. There are a variety of ways to obtain these results:
  • Student-athletes may obtain a sickle cell blood test
  • Student-athletes can obtain their newborn sickle cell blood test results
    • Each state has a database. You can find the contact for your state here: State Contact List (hyperlinked) https://newbornscreening.hrsa.gov/your-state

• Please upload your test results to SportsWare OnLine
  • Visit SportsWare OnLine
  • Go to “Forms” on left side of page
  • Click “Add” and upload results

NCAA Education

• 3 courses are to be completed annually. 1 of the courses is dependent on your year of athletic participation
• Instructions on accessing the courses can be found HERE
• Submit completion certificates via form linked in instructions
