MEDIA CREDENTIALS
All media, photographers and scouts must have credentials for field/court access. Credentials are granted on a space available basis and priority is given to outlets that cover Johnson & Wales or the opponent on a regular basis. All credentialed media shall read and agree to theÂ
JWU Charlotte Athletics Media Policy.

CREDENTIAL AVAILABILITY
JWU Charlotte limits sideline/courtside access at all home athletic events to team personnel, professional scouts and media members that are covering the game on assignment from an accredited media outlet. The JWU Charlotte Athletic Communication Office determines which media outlets qualify for access. Social media influencers and digital media companies that only operate social media accounts are unlikely to qualify for access. For the safety of our student-athletes and others on the field/court of play, we limit the amount of people on the sideline/courtside to the groups identified above.
- Each media member using a credential represents that they are acting on a specific assignment for a newspaper, or for a press, news or photographic service.
- Spouses, dates, non-workers and anyone under 18 years of age will NOT be granted credentials.
- ANY unauthorized use of credentials subjects the bearer to removal from the venus and the accredited organization to revocation of all its credentials for future JWU Charlotte athletics events.
- Credentials may be revoked at any time.
CREDENTIAL TIMELINE
Please complete the form below and submit your request at a minimum of 48-hours in advance of the event. All requests submitted within the 48-hour approval window will not be approved.

PRESS BOX/ROWÂ ACCESS
Press row access is extremely limited in the Wildcat Center. Seats will be issued on a priority basis. Off campus venues may or may not have a press box. Press box seats for off-campus facilities will be issued on both an availability and priority basis.

PRINT: Please use "Johnson & Wales" with the ampersand. Do not use "Johnson and Wales" with "and" spelled out.
VERBAL:Â "Johnson & Wales" or the shortened "JWU" (pronounced JAY-woo) are acceptable.
Johnson & Wales DOES NOT designate women's teams as Lady Wildcats
