2024–2025 Season: During his junior year, Dillon reset his 8k personal record at McAlpine Creek Park at the Royals Challenge, where he placed 36th overall. He also competed at the USCAA Cross Country National Championships, finishing 9th overall and 3rd for the Wildcats, helping the team earn a 2nd-place overall finish. In limited races during the 2025 Outdoor season, Dillon still managed to set a pr in the 1500m running 4:05.89 at the Phoenix Invitational.
2023–2024 Season: In his sophomore year, Dillon ran a season best of 28:23 in the 8k at the Royals Challenge. He also placed 10th overall and 4th on the team at the USCAA Cross Country National Championships, contributing to the Wildcats’ 2nd-place finish. Dylan continued his success on the track setting even more pr’s in the 800, 5k and 10k running 2:02.91, 16:26.77, and 33:48.17. Dillon also placed 6th in the 4x400m, 7th in the 800m, 9th in the 1500m, and was a National Champion in the 10k at the USCAA Track & Field National Championships.
2022–2023 Season: As a freshman, Dillon set his 8k personal record of 28:15.4 at the 2022 JWU Wildcat XC Classic, where he placed 36th overall. He also ran a 5k personal best of 16:52.7 at the Furman Invitational and competed as the Wildcats’ #2 runner for the entirety of the 2022 cross country season. On the track Dylan posted PR’s of 16:37 in the 5k, 4:08 in the 1500, and 2:03 in the 800m. Dillon also competed at the USCAA Track & Field National Championships where he placed 5th in the 800, 4th in the 1500, 4th in the 5k, and 8th as a part of the 4x400.
High School: Dillon graduated from Butler High School in Matthews, North Carolina, where he competed all four years. His high school personal bests included 17:29 in the 5k, 10:37 in the 3200m, 4:56.7 in the mile, and 2:27.8 in the 800m.
Personal Background: Dillon is a senior from Denver, Colorado, studying Business Administration. He competes in cross country for the Wildcats.
