Johnson & Wales University Wildcats lost 0-3 to Davidson County Community College.
The Lady Wildcats started off the game evenly with DCCC, but The Storm picked up the pace and took the lead ending the first game 25-18.
The Wildcats came out more aggressively the second game, but gave away easy points which allowed The Storm to capture the victory in the second game with a score of 25-16.
JWU did not give up the battle; they were determined to redeem themselves but came up short. DCCC claimed the third game with a final score of 25-21, and completed the sweep of the Lady Wildcats.
Next game for the Lady Wildcats will be September 21st at Spartanburg Methodist College at 7p.m.
