JWU would start the game off stagnate and struggled to successfully provide any productivity on either end of the floor. The Wildcats entered halftime trailing by double digits.
The second half of play proved to be no better for Johnson & Wales University, as they failed to convert on the offensive end of the floor. Bridgewater College would extend their lead throughout the second half and go on to defeat the Wildcats by a final score of 85-41. Although the Wildcats lost, they did benefit from a solid showing/performance from Kevin Jones, who recorded 12 points and 7 rebounds.
Johnson & Wales University takes the floor again next week when they play against North Carolina A & T University.
