The Lady Wildcats of Johnson & Wales University traveled yesterday to Peace College to take on the Avenging Angles of Meredith College. JWU attempted to put another win on the board, but fell short.

JWU and Meredith College would begin game one with strong court play and good defense. Both teams played consistently well throughout game one, as they went point for point the whole game. JWU would go on to win game one 25-22.

As the match went on the Lady Wildcats fell behind courtesy of many errors that were made. As the Lady Wildcats tried hard, the errors continued to get the best of them which caused them to lose their momentum from game one.

During the last game of the match, JWU went on a 5-0 point streak in the middle of the game, but it just wasn't enough as Meredith College took game four.

The Lady Wildcats would go on to lose the match 1-3.
