Front Royal, Va - The Lady Wildcats (5-3) (9th in the USCAA Coaches Poll) hit the road this weekend as they competed in the Crusader Invitational on Friday and Saturday. JWU won their first match against the Crusaders of Christendom College 3-0.

JWU took the early lead and never looked back taking the match. Game one ended with a score of 25-12, game two 25-20, and game three 25-14. Moriah Hughes and Reanna Bray both played strong with 13 and 11 kills, respectively. Kaitlin Kuntz led the team with 25 assists and 4 service aces.

The Lady Wildcats will play the Crusaders again on Saturday at 11am.
