Box Score Front Royal, Va - Johnson & Wales University (7-3) (9th in USCAA Coaches Poll) took on the Dragons of Virginia University-Lynchburg in the final match of the weekend. The Dragons were unable to put a stop to the Wildcats as they went on to win the match 3-0.
The Lady Wildcats played tough taking the match in three quick games, 25-6, 25-14, and 25-7. Reanna Bray and Shanna Stewart were tied with 8 kills. Stewart also earned 19 service points and 5 aces. Chelsi Gallagher followed her with 17 service points and 2 aces. Kaitlin Kuntz supported her team with 24 assists.
The Lady Wildcats are next in action at home when they take on the Golden Bulldogs of Johnson C. Smith University on Tuesday, September 18th. Match time is set for 7pm.
