Greensboro, NC -- The Johnson & Wales Men's Basketball Team visited Greensboro College Thursday evening for its 2014 finale before heading into the winter break.  The Wildcats went into halftime tied with the Pride, but they could not pull away in the second half and succombed to a late Greensboro run.  The final score was 85-70.  

JWU was led by Tramain Parker with 14 points.  Rickey Porter added 12, and DeQuincey Bennett and Thiago Conceicao were also in double figures with 11 each.  The Wildcats finish the first half of the season at 6-9.  They will enjoy the holiday break and return to action in a doubleheader on January 8 against USCAA member Warren Wilson College.  Game time is at 7:30 PM following the women's game.
