Charlotte, NC - The Johnson & Wales men's basketball team fell 75-68 at home to Greensboro College on Monday.

It was the third straight home loss for the Wildcats (5-6), who previously had won 21 straight at the Wildcat Center.

Nicholas Crawford led Johnson & Wales with 20 points, while Rickey Porter added 19 points and eight rebounds.

The Wildcats led 38-37 at the half, but struggled to contain Greensboro on the defensive end, allowing the Pride to connect on 51% of their shots, including 8-of-22 from behind the arc.  Johnson & Wales, meanwhile, shot just 1-of-14 from outside.

Simeon Howard led Greensboro with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Johnson & Wales will resume play on Wednesday when they travel to NCAA D1 opponent Campbell University.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
