Charlotte, NC - The Johnson & Wales men's basketball team hosted William Peace on Tuesday night. The Pacers pulled away late for an 89-79 win.

Highlights:

• The Pacers tied a record for most three point attempts by a Wildcat opponent with 45. They connected on 15 of those attempts.
• Peace went 18-21 at the free throw line, while the Wildcats were 11-14.
• Peace built a 17 point advantage in the first half, before JWU cut the deficit to 1 with 3 minutes remaining in the half.
• Peace again went up by 18 in the second half. The Wildcats closed to within 7, but could get no closer.
• JWU was without two injured starters.
• Anthoney Ray came off the bench to score a career-high 28 points
• Fred Patterson added 18 points and 8 rebounds.
• Zyrion Wilkins tallied 9 points and 9 rebounds.
