Greenville, NC - Bob Jones completed the season sweep of Johnson & Wales Charlotte in volleyball with a 3-0 win on Tuesday night.

How It Happened:

• The Bruins jumped out to an 11-4 lead in the first set en route to a 25-12 win.
• JWU fought back in the second, and kept it tight through the middle part of the set, trailing only 12-11 at one point.
• BJU closed with a flourish, winning 13 of the last 18 points of the period to go up 2-0.
• The Bruins again started quickly in the third, leading 8-3 before going on to a 25-10 win.

Key Stats:

• JWU hit just .011, while Bob Jones hit .350 in the match.
• Ahmarie Young and Aimee Evans led the Wildcats with 5 kills each. 
• Niecee Perofeta handed out 10 assists, while Young added 13 digs.
