Charlotte, NC - The Johnson & Wales Charlotte volleyball team swept Caldwell Community College 3-0 on Tuesday night.

How It Happened:

The Wildcats jumped out to big early leads in each of the three sets and cruised from that point against the undermanned Cobras.

Key Stats:

• JWU hit a season-best .357 in the match.
• The Wildcats recorded an assist on each of their 31 kills in the match.
• Ahmarie Young led the way on the evening with 10 kills, 4 aces. and 8 digs.
• Emily Arends added 8 kills and 3 digs.
• Niecee Perofeta and Logan Smith combined for 28 assists, while Chanel Garcia and Mikayla Seymour-Tucker had 8 digs each. 
• JWU improves to 7-5. Caldwell CC falls to 0-9.
