Charlotte, NC - The Johnson & Wales Charlotte volleyball team concluded it's regular season by hosting Ferrum and Virginia University of Lynchburg for a tri-match on Saturday.
In the day's first match, Ferrum defeated the Wildcats 3-0.
Kaylee Atkins led the Wildcats with 8 kills and 16 digs.
Logan Smith handed out 17 assists and
Sage Franzel added 13 digs.Â
The second match saw the Dragons of Virginia University of Lynchburg win the first and third sets, only to see the Wildcats rally to win the second and fourth, forcing a deciding fifth set. VUL jumped out to a 4-0 lead and didn't trail after that en route to a 15-9 win.
Kenner Pedigo had a career-high 14 kills in her final collegiate match.
Aimee Evans added 10 kills, while Smith tallied 34 helpers. Atkins had 9 kills and 18 digs, while Franzel recorded 13 additional digs.
