The Wildcats struck early, as
Katie Douglas scored just one hundred and seven seconds into the game. JWU's defense held the Pacers to just two first half shots, and kept Peace off the scoreboard until the seventy-seventh minute when Emma Avery evened matters between the two teams. The Wildcats had four shots on target in the final thirteen minutes, but they were all turned away by Pacer goalkeeper Gaby Vazquez.
Johnson & Wales is next in action on Tuesday, Ocotber 8th at 3:30pm when they host Carolina Christian College.
