Charlotte, N.C. - The Johnson & Wales Charlotte volleyball team took on Alice Lloyd and Johnson C. Smith in a tri-match on Friday, October 25th. Alice Lloyd won the first match 3-0, while Johnson C. Smith prevailed in the second 3-2.

Alice Lloyd won by scores of 25-23, 25-22. 25-16.

Jordan Mann led the Wildcats with 8 kills, while Erica Rawlings added 7 more. Madison Leslie handed out 13 assists, while Chanel Garcia recorded 9 digs.

Johnson C. Smith rallied in the second match of the afternoon to win by scores of 20-25, 12-25, 25-22, 25-23, and 19-17.

Mann continued her good day at the net by tallying a career-high 14 kills, to go along with 3 service aces. Leslie and Hailie Gordy each had 14 assists. Garcia once again led the defensive effort with 12 digs.

The Wildcats close their regular season home schedule on Thursday, October 30th when they host Ferrum for a 6:00pm match.
