Pineville, N.C. - Johnson & Wales Charlotte defeated Bob Jones 1-0 in men's soccer on Tuesday evening.
Niklas Sequin picked up a ball from a scramble in front of the Bob Jones goal and sent it past Bruin goalkeeper Luke Provenzano at the fourteen minute mark for the game's only tally. The Wildcat defense made that lead stand up for the rest of the match, fending off seven Bruin shots, three of which were saved by
Colin Starr.
JWU wraps up the home portion of their schedule on Thursday, October 29th when they welcome Warren Wilson for a 6pm kickoff. Five Wildcat seniors will be honored in a pregame ceremony.
