Charlotte, N.C. - Keyasiah Rucker has signed with Johnson & Wales Charlotte softball, becoming the thirteenth member of the Wildcat's 2026 recruiting class.

Rucker is a 2025 graduate of Smithfield High School in Smithfield, Va. She is an infielder that bats left and throws right. She played club softball for Peninsula County Pilots.

Rucker is the daughter of Cassie and Darryl Rucker and plans to major in Health Science at Johnson & Wales. When asked why she decided to attend JWU, she replied, "Its a great school and I get to play the sport I love." Rucker was a member of the National Honor Society at SHS, and graduated with honors.
