Biography

AT JWU: Max Frederick has been a key contributor to the Wildcats' success since arriving on campus. The 2024 Wildcat Athlete of the Year, Max set the program record for the most wins by a male freshman and single-season singles wins record during the 2024–25 campaign. A versatile competitor, he has played throughout the lineup at No. 3, 4, and 5 singles, while also competing at both No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.

PREP: Attended Pensacola Catholic High School and played tennis for the Crusaders for four years. He has played singles in the #4 through #6 positions, and has competed on the #2 and #3 doubles teams. He has been a key part of Crusader squads that have won 4 district titles, 3 regional crowns, and were FHSAA 1A state finalists in 2023.

PERSONAL:  Is the son of Megan and Ethan Frederick.
