Biography

2022 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 13 matches, starting each of them... Recorded her first career point when she had an assist vs. Greensboro on 9/25.

PREP: played soccer at Middle Creek High School in Holly Springs, NC, where she was also a standout cross country and track competitor for the Mustangs. She also played club soccer for WakeFC where she's a Girls Academy Team Representative playing on the 04 Blue Girls Academy squad. She was a WAGS champion and Player of the Match honoree in 2019 at WakeFC. She earned All-Region honors in cross country in 2019 after setting a new school record in the 5k in 2018. She is also a member of the school record setting 4 x 8 relay in indoor track and field. She had a 4.0 GPA in high school, and is a member of the National Technical Honor Society and Engineering Design Academy.

PERSONAL: She is the daughter of Theresa and Chris Spies. Also runs cross country and track for the Wildcats.
