Durham, NC - Johnson and Wales women's basketball team led NCAA DI North Carolina Central 14-12 after the 1st quarter. Unfortunately, the Wildcats (4-3) were unable to duplicate their early success, as Central (1-2) dominated the final three stanzas in route to a 75-38 victory.

Freshman Megan Sanders led Johnson and Wales in scoring with 12 points, including a career high 4 three pointers. Donyelle Stuetley added 7 points and 9 rebounds.

The Wildcats now have a two week break before returning to action when they play host to Greensboro College for a 3:00pm tilt on Saturday, December 3rd.
