Box Score Sumter, S.C. - Sophomore guard Malik Bullock scored 15 points, but the USCAA #17 Johnson & Wales men's basketball team fell 103-85 at Morris College on Thursday.
Bullock shot 7-for-11 on the night for the Wildcats (8-15) to lead the way. Alcyone Moore and Kajuan Madden-McAfee each finished with 14 points.
Brandon Kostyk came off the bench to add 13 points while Robert Hobson finished with 12 points for Johnson & Wales.
The Wildcats had no answer for for Morris's shooting in the first half. The Hornets drained 9-of-13 from beyond the arc and 22-of-37 overall. Demetrius Holiday led the charge with 27 points, including seven three-pointers on the night, to stake Morris a 21 point advantage by halftime.
Raekwon McFadden added 14 points off the bench for the Hornets.
Johnson & Wales will resume play on Monday when it hosts NAIA foe St. Andrews College. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in the Wildcat Center.
