Pineville, NC - The Johnson & Wales Charlotte women's soccer team came from behind in the second half to defeat Warren Wilson 2-1 in Saturday's regular season finale.

How It Happened:

• Warren Wilson's Rae Milstead opened the scoring in the twentieth minute when her shot found the lower left corner of the Wildcat goal. 
• The Owl defense held JWU off the scoreboard for the remainder of the first half despite being outshot 10-3.
• Lauren Burch leveled things ten minutes into the second half when she took a Jayden Price pass and fired it past Warren Wilson goalkeeper Carrigan Causby.
• Senior Eboni Montague ran onto the end of Jessica Ralph's corner kick with 8:47 to play and headed into the bottom of the goal, providing the winning tally for JWU.

Key Stats:

• JWU outshot the Owls 21-7.
• Price and Katie Douglas led the Wildats with 5 shots each, while Burch and Trinity Knauf recorded 4 shots apiece.
• Leah Bragaw made two saves to pick up her 5th win of the season.
• JWU improves to 5-9-1, while WWC drops to 3-10-2.
