Brevard, NC - Johnson & Wales drew 1-1 with Brevard on Wednesday night allowing the Wildcats to go undefeated against NCAA D-III teams this season.

How It Happened:

• The Wildcats dominated the run of play in the first half. They outshot the Tornados 8-3, but were unable to dent the Brevard goal.
• Brevard flipped the game in the second half, as they were very much the aggressor. The Tornados unleashed 10 shots on goal to just 3 for JWU.
• The Wildcat defense withstood the barrage until the 74th minute when Brevard's Francesco Bonometti lauched a shot just past the outstretched hands of Wildcat keeper Benjamin Burger and into the top corner of the goal.
• Diaje' Hart answered just over 4 minutes later with an equally outstanding free kick that found the top corner.

• Each team had 5 shots on goal. Brevard enjoyed a 4-1 advantage on corner kicks.
• Antonino Terranova led JWU with 5 shots, while Billy Esparza-Diaz added 2 more.
• Hart's goal is his 4th of the season.
