Katie Douglas responded in the 29th minute for the Wildcats. She picked up a loose ball in the middle of the penalty area and fired it past EWU keeper Natalia Magharus to get JWU on the board.
Edward Waters regained their three goal advantage seven minutes into the second stanza when Jaeda Wilson scored her first goal of the season. The Wildcats quickly responded on both ends of the field.
Azalianna Absalom netted her third goal of the weekend to pull JWU back to within two goals, and four minutes later Wildcat netminderÂ
Makenzie Stocum saved a Tiger penalty kick.Â
Edward Waters pulled away late, finding the back of the net thrice for the eventual 7-2 margin.
The Wildcats put 3 of their 6 shots on goal.
Hanna Ciplickas and Stocum combined to make 12 saves on the afternoon.
