Pineville, N.C. - The Johnson & Wales Charlotte men's soccer team defeated Carolina University 2-0 on Wednesday evening.
The Wildcats scored on their first shot of the game as 
Antonino Terranova served a ball in off of the right side and found 
Niklas Seguin streaking towards the Carolina U. net. Seguin slotted it past Bruin goalkeeper Joshua Wilson to give the Wildcats an early 1-0 lead. The score would remain that way until the game's final three minutes when 
Justin Ortiz found the back of the net from inside the six yard box. 
Oritz and 
Alan Ramirez each had 5 shots on the evening, as JWU outshot Carolina 20-12. 
Colin Starr made 4 saves in notching his first shutout of the season.
JWU concludes the regular season on Saturday, November 1st at they host Regent University at 4pm. The game will be played at Corvian Community School.
