Charlotte, N.C. - Toccoa Falls defeated Johnson & Wales Charlotte 70-60 in men's basketball on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats led by three after twenty minutes as they shot nearly 50% from the field in the first half.
Amare Robinson led the way for JWU in the first half, scoring 11 of his 15 points. Toccoa Falls caught fire in the second half, making 52% of their attempts, while JWU faltered to just 38% shooting.Â
Ethan Smith led the Wildcats with 17 points.
Jordan Appling handed out 8 assists.
