Augusta, GA - Paine defeated Johnson & Wales Charlotte 86-68 on Tuesday night.

The host Lions used a 13-2 run over the last four minutes of the first half to turn a 33-29 deficit into a 42-35 halftime lead. Paine combined that with a 12-0 run to start the second half to end any doubt as to the game's outcome. 

Malcolm Warthen came off the bench to lead Johnson & Wales with 19 points, Isaiah Escobar had 13, while Jaylen Benson-Hollinhead added 10 more.

Johnson & Wales concludes the regular season on Saturday as they travel to Christendom for a 1:00pm tipoff.
