Pineville, N.C. - Berry College defeated Johnson & Wales Charlotte 5-0 in women's soccer on Saturday afternoon.
The Vikings took a two goal lead in the first twenty minutes on a sweltering afternoon at OrthoCarolina Sportsplex. They added three more goals in the second half as they outshot the Wildcats 23-7. Ide Strickland assisted on the first Berry goal and scored the second. Adalee Christiansen netted twice in the second half.

Hannah Greene combined for 5 shots for JWU, four of which were on target. Hannah Ciplickas made 8 saves in goal.
The Wildcats next welcome Guilford College for a 6:00pm match on Monday, September 22nd.
