Gaffney, S.C. - The Johnson & Wales women's golf team kicked off the Spring 2026 portion of their schedule at the Pioneers Spring Invitational on Monday and Tuesday.

The team shot scores of 478-450-928 to finish in third place. Mars Hill won the event with a 725 total.

Meadow Ciccarella finished 5th individually with rounds of 91-89-180. Nellie Brewer shot a career-best 90 in the second round as her 201 total earned her 14th place. The other counting scores for the Wildcats were Olivia Kieffer (138-134-272), Gina Rumschlag (138-137-275), and Mia Townson (140-142-282).

The Wildcats are next in action on Monday and Tuesday March 9th and 10th for the Wildcat Invitational at Maple Chase Country Club in Winston-Salem, N.C.
