Danville, Va. - Averett University defeated Johnson & Wales Charlotte 10-0 in baseball on Tuesday afternoon.
The Cougars scored thrice in the first, third, and fifth innings. JWU loaded the bases in the third, sixth, and eighth innings, but could not push a run across.
