Johnson & Wales University Charlotte

2024–2025 Season: Libby joined the track team in her sophomore year and quickly made an impact, setting a school record in the 400m with a personal-best time of 1:05.91 at the National Meet. She also posted personal records of 13.70 in the 100m and 28.59 in the 200m. At the USCAA National Championships, Libby had a full slate of events, placing 4th in both the 400m and 4x100, 5th in the 4x400, 6th in the 100m, and 7th in the 200m. 

High School: Libby graduated from Ardrey Kell High School, where she primarily focused on soccer during her athletic career. 

Personal Background: Libby is a junior from Charlotte, North Carolina, studying Health Science. She competes for the Wildcats in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100, and 4x400. She is the daughter of Arthur and Jennifer Parsells and has one sibling, Charlotte Parsells.
