Golden Bulls Best Women's Tennis

Charlotte, N.C. – JCSU defeated Johnson & Wales 6-1 in women's tennis on Wednesday.

The Wildcats secured the #3 doubles match with a default win, before JCSU's #1 doubles team split the point with a 6-0 sweep win over Katherine Medlin and Paloma Nitcholas. The Golden Bulls #2 doubles pair of Auset Bligen and Farah Elshahat won their doubles 6-1 earning the doubles point for JCSU.

The Wildcats saw Anna Medlin win three games in the second set at the #1 position in singles. Payton Abrams recorded a total of four games with two in each set at the #4 singles spot. Danielle Brake won by default at #6 singles.

The Wildcats are back in action next Tuesday, March 24th as they travel to Salem College for a 2:00pm match.
