Charlotte, N.C. - Charlotte's Keldyn Vincent is the newest member of Johnson & Wales Charlotte baseball's 2026 recruiting class.

Vincent is a 2025 graduate of Corvian Community School, helping lead the Cardinals to an appearance in the 2025 NCHSAA 1A state playoffs. The outfielder hit .306 as a junior in 2024, and followed that up with a .233 average in 2025. Vincent ranked third on the team in doubles (4) , and fifth in RBI (10). He played at Combine Academy in 2026, batting .333 and leading the goats in RBI.

He is the son of Sherita and Phillip Vincent and plans to major in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales.

Coach Hucke loves what Vinent brings on both offense and defense. "Keldyn gives us another athletic outfielder. He tracks the ball well on defense. On offense, he will create some issues for defenses as he handles the bat very well!"
